Mercia Pierneef – Williamstown Trainer

I’m a mum of a 2 year old toddler and wife to a great husband. I’m originally from South Africa and moved to Australia in 2010.
I’ve been a personal trainer for almost 4 years and been with Booty Camp since 2012. I’ve always loved exercising and the power it has on your body and mind.
My biggest personal achievement was in 2012 when I did Tough Mudder (20km obstacle course), it was a tough race, mentally and physically but I did it in 3 hours. This was a massive accomplishment for me in so many levels.
 What I love about Booty Camp is that we are a small group of 12 ladies with the same goals and we can achieve these goals outdoors, come sun or rain. I’m passionate about weight training and HIIT because of the results you get, combining these two together. I’m a big believer in the quote “If it doesn’t challenge you, it won’t change you.”
