My experience with booty camp so far has been great. I have improved dramatically and also found the motivation to exercise every other day. Since having a few babies I’ve felt the need to get motivated back into some sort of fitness regime. A friend told me about Booty camp so I thought why not I’ll give it a go. Throughout Booty Camp I have experienced a lot of new things. It has been great training with a bunch of girls that are so supportive towards each other. The fact that we all work together is such a great thing. I feel like we achieve a lot of things in the hour. You experience so many new exercises for different types of body parts. I already feel healthier and fit. Exercising can do so much for you, I have so much energy throughout the day now. I can already see changes in myself and so far i have lost 3 kgs.
