Booty Camp - At Home Workout

A 20-30 Minute Workout that you can do in your own home with limited equipment or none at all.

What you will need:

  • A mat if you have one
  • Towel
  • Water
  • Clock/ timer
  • 20-30mins of time to yourself
  • and your lovely self

This is called an AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) in the time allocated.

Make sure you warm up before you start the exercises and do some dynamic stretches.


50 Star jumps/ Skipping with rope

40 Mountain climbers/ Burpees

30 Squats/ Squat jumps

20 Crunches/ Sit ups

10 Push ups knees or feet

(Depending on your fitness levels you can do the more advanced option).

Make sure you cool down and do some Static Stretches.

Record how many rounds you do so you can see how you improve the next time you do it.
