Booty Camp - At Home Workout

A 20-30 Minute Workout that you can do in your own home with limited equipment or none at all.

What you will need:

  • A mat if you have one
  • Towel
  • Water
  • Tabatta Timer (You can get apps on your phone)
  • 15-20mins of time to yourself
  • and your lovely self

This is called an Tabatta 20secs exercise and 10 secs rest and you do the same exercise 8 times before moving to the next one.

Make sure you warm up before you start the exercises and do some dynamic stretches. (if you need assistance with warm up exercises please reach out.)

Tabatta

1. Push ups

2. Squats/ Squat jumps

3. Dips on chair or body weight

4. Mountain Climbers/ Skipping or Burpees

(Depending on your fitness levels you can do the more advanced option).

Make sure you cool down and do some Static Stretches.

You may find this session abit challenging at first if you have not had exposure to this type of workout before. This is absolutely normal. Don’t forget you have to start somewhere and is a great place to start. Make sure you record your rounds that you did complete so you can see your improvements the next time you do this workout.
